Hp 2311x hdmi not working. I connected my HP Folio 13 laptop to my HP 2311x monitor through HDMI. Turn on the power. I am super frustrated and I just want to play video games after a long day of school and work. Connect the video cable properly. When the hdmi was plugged in, it reads "check video cable" this must mean the monitor recognizes a connection but is unable to carry it out.
