Yz125 hard to start. spark plug and reeds are good. is there anything wrong with roll starting it. It will start right up after it has warmed up. When we bought it, the bike ran great. So it has good compression and 119psi. The bike is damn near impossible to start. the plug is also wet so i presume the bike is rich. There is fuel on the plug when Jun 27, 2005 ยท hey everybody i got a yz125 about 5-6 weeks ago and when i first got it, it would fire up 1-2 kicks. It can take upwards of 50-60 kicks and a whole lot of throttle/choke combinations to finally get it going.
