Put the float valve in the opposite way than what is depicted. . A bad needle and seat would over fill the bowl, wich would run fuel out of the drain tube. It's leaking from the metal to metal seal at the front of the screw. The drain screw is tight (and was tight when I checked it). I'm fairly certain that I marred the seal on the carb bowl. Ensure the drain screw (the screw next to the line that is leaking fuel) is properly tightened and not missing part of a seal (if a seal is present). You can check for the presence of a seal in a parts diagram online. I've tried a new drain screw and that didn't work. If it's tight, and the leak persists, the o-ring halfway down the brass screw might be dried out, cracked, broken, or missing.
