I'm applying for Fall 2025, and I've heard a lot of mixed reviews about these kinds of programs. Harvard tries to get geniuses (or very bright students), feed them advanced stuff, and expect them to keep up. There's a fallacy where some students think if they could somehow get admission to Harvard, then Harvard would make them into geniuses. So HBS MBAs without technical backgrounds unfortunately do not have access to the same kinds of opportunities (albeit challenging as they are) as Wharton MBAs get.
